I'm trying to create a healthier body. This week, trying to find a simple, beginner friendly, no nonsense, no equipment workout has been challenging.
Everything I see is cookie cutter and full of misinformation. Anyone have a good workout they do daily?

I can't tell yall how many upper and lower glute videos I've seen that say you can do these exercises to bulk up the area. . . Then I find this persons short.

Face scrubbers! I ran out of yarn for my blanket so I made these with the backup yarn I carry in case of boredom... missing my yarn needle so they probably won't be finished until 3 months from now when I remember they exist again. Damned object permanence.

I've put some blue on it now, but it may be too dark of a transition. Any opinions? Its my #ocean #waves #crochet blanket I'm making my fiancee. The original is the other picture. I thought the blue would be so much lighter than it is. Don't wanna frog 3 rows but I sure as shit will.

The very first #crochet #blanket I ever made. I picked probably the hardest yarn to use for a full sized blanket, but I was so proud of it. I learned early how useful larger yarn can be.
Also the importance of securing your ends but we don't have to talk about that. 🤣

My finished #crochet #amigurumi Pickachu I made for a dear friend. I doubled up the yarn, and made some adjustments to the larger one. Not sure it was for the better though. 😅
The original generation is my favorite, and can't go wrong with #pickachu!

Today I turn another year older and the last two years have been the hardest in my life. I've lost people that I loved, overcome hurdles I never thought I could, and drug myself out what felt like the lowest hole I've ever been in.
And I'm stronger for it.

Crocheting my future husband's blanket in the closet at work so I don't wake up my patient with lights. I'm 4 rows in. I don't even think you can SEE the color change but its there. They're just so similar you can barely tell with my crappy $9 book light.

I had a gastric bypass in 2023 after struggling with my weight for a decade. The diets never helped me-poor willpower. The best result I had was doing keto: 50 lbs down only to gain twenty back within 3 months.
Surgery day: 347lbs.
Today I'm 148lbs, much more active, healthy and HAPPY. #weightloss

Going to tackle a blanket inspired by this beauty next. Only issue is that I have to do it in secret, its for my fiancee. He loves the ocean, yet is TERRIFIED of its depths. He helped pick out the pattern with me but doesn't know I'm starting.🤪🤫 #crochet
