Music, football, coffee, running, books. Did I mention coffee?…
I would go out tonight but I haven’t got a stitch to wear
And in one of those matrix moments, Spotify selected this as I read the post…

This is not a Love Song P.I.L

Surprised the first one hadn’t featured yet.

A new venue for me. Has quite a history of bands playing there. Support band Liquids were the epitome of trash punk and were really good.

Conflicted feelings about the incident. The Liner has probably heard much worse but all abuse should be called out for what it is. Anyway, decent game of football ending in a draw.

Has the distinct whiff of a publicity stunt for their sponsor. Their name is all over the skip. Away allocation not even sold out.

We were on holiday in Kenya recently and watched the Weaver birds nest building next to our restaurant area. Very industrious and so good to watch their building mastery.

It really is. Free parking nearby, decent pint and pizza!
Acoustics are good and the gigs feel intimate.

🙋Yep, Im in. I have the album that came with postcards and free single. Definitely made a sound of that decade. Plenty of identifiable influences but I like(d) them.

I managed to catch them twice when they were touring this album, was deaf and hoarse for days after!!

I picked this album up for 20p a few weeks ago at our local recycle centre. It was part of a 5 for a quid deal! It is and probably will remain my only charity shop find of any note.

First album I bought with my own money. Loved every track, still do. Played it incessantly throughout my teen angst years.
