The only fraud committed here is by the WaPo Editorial Board when they imply that SNAP overpayments are a metric for fraud. Even the Trump USDA acknowledges that most overpayment is due to administrative errors. Great look for a paper owned by the 3rd richest man in the world.

As for "factual honesty" which, of course, is what you care about when reviewing scientific papers, Sonnet 4.5 isn't exactly hitting it out of the park when compared to older models.
