I'm sorry, they're miserable, and the doctors are useless. I basically had to develop my own step-down withdrawal plan from Lexapro because the remote docs covering for my PCP at the time while she was away told me to stop far too quickly.

GTFOH pedant. When an "interest" is so large that it has robust buy-in and participation from all of global society, and multiple different sub-species of it shape the cultures of cities and countries, it is not niche. By that definition all human endeavors are "niche", making the term meaningless.
