So sad that I can't use the phrase "silly sausage m" any more because I associate it too much with someone I don't want to be reminded of.

But broadly yes, this, though I do regret that we've moved from "piss-taking" to "banter". I liked it when we were an island of piss-takers.

Tube is absolutely longing today. It took me twenty minutes to get onto a Victoria line train. Still, rumbling through Metroland now, sitting opposite a bloke who looks surprisingly like Russell Mael, and likely to be in Ruislip at an alarmingly early time.
