How would they get horses and feed to Nome? It would have to be by boat, right? I can't imagine free ranging them for food is productive enough, though maybe I'm wrong.

It's one thing to have to be your own knowledge base and advocate. Being (too) generous, maybe they don't know much about transgender issues, or a condition, or whatever because it doesn't come up much there. But then they should listen to their patient for whom being transgender is NOT unusual.

It was long, it just didn't shake hard. My uneducated guess was 5.5 ish.
