It’s now been a week since our last 2026 dynasty rookie mock draft, which means it’s time for an update. Nyck Harbor is heading back to school, and today we’ll be going into our deepest 1QB mock draft yet. Three rounds, 12 teams, and 36 players. We’ve gone over the same thing in a superflex format, but this article has some slight changes across the board and major differences in how quarterbacks are valued. 

The Green Bay Packers weren't able to get the win over the Baltimore Ravens in Week 17 with Jordan Love out, but what the game did result in was Malik Willis fully displaying his talents once again. With him having shown strides in spot-starts over the last two seasons with the Packers, it will lead to him being a player some quarterback-needy teams look to add.

The Atlanta Braves have a new manager in Walt Weiss, and that means roster changes are bound to happen this offseason to try getting the team fully back on track to being a playoff-caliber team. One of the tough decisions that the Braves will need to make surrounds Ozzie Albies. *Prediction* Ozzie Albies is on the first of his two club option years, making his future unclear as he is nearing the end of his contract.

There aren't many remaining free agent third basemen available, which leads to the market for Eugenio Suarez increasing as MLB free agency progresses. That being said, there are many teams they will be looking to sign him still on top of the ones that have already expressed interest. *Prediction* There have been the possibilities mentioned with him returning to the Seattle Mariners, or signing with teams like the New York Yankees, Boston Red Sox, or Detroit Tigers, but one team that makes sense to be an under-the-radar team to sign Suarez is the Texas Rangers.

The Seattle Mariners have been the best in the league at developing pitchers and acquiring starting pitchers that come into Seattle and quickly become Cy Young candidates. *PREDICTION* Their pitching staff has done a stellar job over the past decade, which has enabled the Mariners to compete without incurring significant financial expenditures. The biggest issue with the Mariners up until 2025 was the lack of offense to match the pitching.

Trea Turner is one of the most recognizable shortstops in Major League Baseball, and his name carries significant weight in any discussion about superstar infielders and trade possibilities. As Turner enters the later stages of his prime, his contract value, production, and long-term outlook have become major talking points around the league. The Toronto Blue Jays could quickly become one of the most realistic landing spots for Trea Turner if Bo Bichette signs elsewhere in free agency.

After trading for Micah Parsons, most fans of the Green Bay Packers aren’t going to be super excited about the NFL draft. Without a first-round pick, this year isn’t super exciting for mock drafts. At the same time, once the off-season hits, there’s not much else to focus on than the draft and free agency. Even without a first-round pick, the draft can be a time when impact players are added to your roster.

The Golden State Warriors have failed to find their footing this year. Sitting at 16-15, they never pull away from the .500 mark or find any level of consistency. Altogether, the results don’t match the talent. Golden State has dropped games it should have closed out. Late-game slip-ups, shaky defense, and a demanding schedule have wiped away several chances to build momentum.

The Houston Astros have a major dilemma starting when it comes to their infield ahead of the 2026 MLB season. Their main decision revolves around what they decide to do with Isaac Paredes, and ultimately, it could result in a trade. *Prediction* When Isaac Paredes went down with an injury in 2025 for the Astros, it led to them having to trade for Carlos Correa to take over the third base spot.

The Clippers opened the season with title hopes, but they spent the first two months sinking to the bottom of the West instead. Sitting at 9-21 after 30 games, they look disjointed on the court and generally out of sync across the board.  They crawled out of the gate at 5-16 and bottomed out with a 2-13 record in November, turning what was supposed to be a playoff push into a harsh reality check.

Week 17 is what every fantasy season builds toward. The margin for error is gone, and every lineup decision can swing a championship game one way or another. The key this week is trusting matchups that create opportunity while avoiding elite defenses that limit ceiling. As the NBA season rolls on, the Utah Jazz are being viewed as one of the more fascinating teams across the league. Utah is one of the few teams that is in the middle of a rebuild, and this could see them look to trade some of their veteran players. *PREDICTION* One of these is likely to be All-Star forward Lauri Markkanen, who has been lights out for the Jazz this year.
