I published my first work today! It's not a major piece, novel, or a book, in fact, but it's mine. It is a small booklet, for newly diagnosed ALS patients. I hope it helps. If you download it, I recommend you read in single page format.

When trapped in your body, a prisoner of a terminal condition, a good book is the escape from the cell that is your mind. Boundless universes to explore without physical limitations. Audio and e-books are the vehicles that take us there. Oh what world's will I explore today?

This is for anyone with a physical or visual disability, who loves to read. The National Library has a program that allows you to download books depending on your disability. I have ALS and don't have the use of my hands.

Seeking guidance on how to have these books appraised ? I've had them for quite some time. They need to go to someone who will appreciate them.

One breath, one moment, one day... at a time. Remind yourself of this, every time you feel that you can't.
