If you plan to rent a car: Valley of the Temples just outside of Kaneohe. Pearl Harbor Memorial (the video gets me every time) narrated by Stockard Channing unless they’ve changed it. Cinnamon’s in Kailua is a breakfast institution, Fresh Catch for poke and Diamond Head for plate lunch.
