My enduring Hanukkah memory is the fight between my Granny, Bubby, Auntie and stepmother about the latke recipe: grated potatoes vs blended potatoes. I prefer the grated version but I’m the youngest cook around the fryer so my vote gets discounted.

You know those rolls of clear plastic carpet runners that your grandmother had in her formal room? Well buy a roll from Walmart, turn it upside down and you’ll see spikes on the bottom. Cover your couch with this when you leave and it’ll keep your dog off the couch.

The marvelous Gov and my Aunt Judy Wilkerson, would have their hair done in the same salon at the same time. I understand there was a lot of laughter going on at the time because of these wisecracking, brilliant women. Lordy, do I miss them.

My daughter is going to PA school next year and she called me in a panic. With the DeptEd decertifying all female-dominated degrees, she won’t be able to get a federal student loan for PA school. It’s too late to get financing elsewhere. This is a nightmare! How absolutely rotten!!

Troy Nehls serves my area. I reported his a$$ for a FB post he showed of a violent statement emblazoned upon his pickup truck. FB was ok with that violent statement. Reprehensible for an elected official.

No 15-yr-old would choose an old f#rt like Epstein. He chose her because of a perverted desire to control and degrade. Very few 15-y-o’s would stand a chance against his brand of power.
