I respectfully request that we call them “elected representatives” and not “leaders”. This country should be about the power of the people, not of a select few.

IMHO, pardons shouldn’t exist in any executive level. And until it is abolished, no one can use the phrase “no one is above the law” in the U.S. with any degree of legitimacy.

In the long run, the rest of the world won’t (and arguably shouldn’t) trust the U. S. as far as they could throw us since every 2-4 years we could conceivably recreate this same dumpster fire of a government.🙄

Well, we survived the robber barons and a civil war, so I think there is hope. It’s just really going to suck for a while.
