And then using that as a blanket identity to block anyone that’s whiny, clingy, needy, emotional, etc. Traits THEY may view as “womanly”. Of course, case by case - but just another POV. I agree with you, though, blanket exclusionary statements like that are weird vibes.

You also have to consider your own definition of “women” versus theirs. While there can be annoying people in every space, I doubt they’re constantly being badgered by “women” - it’s probably some self-loathing they have for effeminate gay men or any non-gender conforming person.
