Please promote the concept that shadow docket decisions should be regarded as advisory and not setting precedent. If they can’t be bothered to hear arguments why should lower courts give the decisions anything more than a cursory review?

Future justice nominations have to be much more closely scrutinized. I don’t know the mechanism for this but some of the appointees are pathetic radical creatures who care little for law or precedent. At the least let’s start impeachment proceedings
