Like if someone is willing to throw a vulnerable group under the bus to get elected, they obviously don't have strong principles (or perhaps any principles) so why would anyone believe that it's part of a long-term strategy for anything but self gain?

I open this app and spiral down. Last night I talked on the phone with a friend doing critical good work and she shared with me ways other people she knows are working in the edges and cracks of the oppressive regime to continue to help folks. That real world conversation is what seeded hope

Great piece on joint hypermobility, which is common among people with Long Covid and related chronic conditions.

I’d add getting diagnosed can lend important insight into how to protect yourself. Better to know in advance than find out the hard way that, say, yoga could really mess you up.

Vaccine disinformation/misinformation is as damaging as banning vaccines because it accomplishes the same thing i.e. fewer people get vaccinated as a result.
RFK. Jr's agenda doesn't need to explicitly take vaccines off shelves to meet its goals pseudoscience and misinformation are doing the job.
