Finally racking the Candy Corn mead 🍬🍯 Sitting around ~10.7% ABV, great color, and shockingly drinkable for something that started as bags of candy corn.
Next step: back-sweetening with… more candy corn 😅

Went outside to enjoy the day… 🌞

Started 9/3 OG 1.165 Finished ~13.8% ABV
100% pomegranate juice (no water), mesquite & mango honey, plus strawberries.
Deep color, big flavor, and finally off the lees.
