A good, scientifically centered article with solid statistical analysis. I shared it with a relative who works in the industry.

I, however, still believe that it is best to control weight diet and exercise (side effects, e.g.), but for those who do not have the ability, GLP-1's certainly help.

What? You did not find it incredibly interesting to watch people eat tacos in Miami and talk about their feelings?

I have Paramount+, but probably not for much longer. If Brennan goes, I go. Period. CBS evening news is about as interesting as watching a group therapy session.

Our base is there to defend NATO, not attack our allies in NATO. Will the US be expelled from Danish territories? I doubt it because that would play into Trump's arguments; however, it is dangerous to allow "the Gauls into the Empire."

Wow! I guess critical thinking is not one of the subjects in the multiple mental competency tests being given to the Don. Forget the bombs and the killings and kidnappings currently ongoing. Even a minimalist understanding of Eastern European history (take Stalin, e.g.) would belie this comment.

While the transferring public will possibly appreciate it, there is also the increased risk for disaster. The MD jet that failed in Louisville, KY was Hellish.

It seems ever increasingly like a bad time to reduce funding of science in America if America wants to keep up with Chinese innovation.

The "lefty" bit might have something to do with the sentiments of the now "anti" and erstwhile "pro" Tesla crowd? I consider myself conservative, but that is relative. Being to the left in some areas might make one ultra right in other cultures. Thatcher would be quite a liberal in modern Iran.

That's high praise from Anne. I just finished Autocracy, Inc. It was amazing. I knew or forgot 85-90% of the facts, but the analysis and organization really helped hone my understanding. That is rare for me.

What about all of the above?

I think to make most medicines the cost is a few pennies per pill. The price to consumers, however, can be several or many dollars per pill. I have close, close relatives in pharma. "Research is expensive," is the mantra.

Why would it matter? It's not really our business to be concerned over another person's prescription medications unless there is a performance issue of a person entrusted with responsibility or of a danger of bodily harm (e.g., driving while tranquilized). She should not respond.

Good to know! Thanks for the update.

I agree, and I think people in America tend to think they can do whatever they want because "the doctor will fix it."

Well, the Greeks came up with the gift of a horse, and we now have the American President inside a "Trojan Jet." Another country who likes our $$$, but hates all we stand for, may offer an even newer plane with a digital driving range, and there will be no chance of its non-usage.

I heard about this. My understanding is that this microbe is not new. The increased colon cancer must have more to do with a lack of fiber and nutrition resulting from over-consumption of highly processed foods that progressively worsens with every generation.

Are you saying your electric heat pump is great, or are you referring to your conservative reporting?
