I would cut the House of Lords, but I do think there is a place for a second chamber. Elected by PR maybe. Or list members appointed by parties according to the percentage of total votes.

The SNP needs to get itself sorted out and start grass roots campaigning again with the fervour it showed in 2014.

I don't think they see it as punishing or lying, they just see the collapse of the SNP vote as a sign that Scotland has totally succumbed to British rule and is now ripe for exploitation again.
