The fact that the images you used were created by AI shows how wrong you are.
When movies first came out, stage productions were using similar tactics, claiming film would kill theater. Every advancement from photography to recorded music, digital cameras to cell phones, computers to electric cars.

This is all false. AI centers, at least in America, are not in low income areas. They are in places like Silicon Valley, and major metro areas because of access to abundant renewable energy and deep fiber networks. Theft is relative. Images have always been copied, and always will be.

The problem is that housing creation is too low. Instead of building a community of 100 mini mansions for $600k each, developers should go back to building homes that are in the Bungalow style for $100k - $200k each so people can afford to buy them. Simple, 2br, 2ba living in a 1200sf space.
