Apparently I am an outside agitator.
It’s a striking contrast — big projects and growth headlines, but everyday life in many Indian cities still feels unliveable. Air pollution, traffic, garbage, weak local governance and outdated data all show that infrastructure alone doesn’t fix urban failure.
