For me, the biggest issue is that live sports are the only place I see commercials and they are jarring.

I wait for most games to go on a deep discount. It takes a huge game/FOMO or something a dev has done positively that I want to "show support" to buy at full retail.
There is usually no reason to buy at launch when I can pay less than half price in 6-9 months.

If anything I'm more incensed that the administration is using totally "legal" pathways or at least inventing them on the back of a legal argument. If this were true strongman rule they wouldn't need to cloak in interpretation of statutes. Methinks the laws/rule-by-norms are just bad.
