A @uclachpr.bsky.social study using 2023 CHIS data found that LGBTQ adults were nearly 3x as likely as non-LGBTQ adults (48% vs. 17%) to have ever seriously thought about suicide. Suicidal thoughts were more common among transgender (64%) and bisexual (55%) adults: ucla.in/3IfH93e.
