My daughter at 15 was also mature... a military kid who had dealt with a lot of life experiences and some loss that her cousins and some friends hadn't ...but she was still a child...a sad one at times, but still a child.

My grandson is 15....some days he can't decide what cereal he wants for breakfast...on others, he can and also remembers where he left his shoes...next day, he aces his math test but forgets his PE uniform at home and gets a 0 for class...he's a child...a child...and we are letting him be just that.
