While that is a myth, we do have evidence that there were at least two D&D campaigns played by the developers in Tamriel.

They have also unveiled "Tamriel Tomes", their equivalent to a battlepass that will be arriving alongside Season Zero.

ZOS are trying to fix problems/issues that players have complained about for years. There are definitely new things coming, e.g. the new Trial and the Naval Battles, as well as the Thieves Guild and Sheogorath story quests. -- baratron.

I only see Werewolves used regularly in PvP. There are inter-guild Werewolf groups who go out in Cyrodiil.

However, it sounds like there are going to be huge improvements to Werewolf in the June update, so we'll see what happens. --baratron.

There will be bonuses to Tamriel Tomes with ESO Plus.

NO MORE EVENT TICKETS!
Instead there will be "Trade Bars" and there will be NO LIMIT on Trade Bars! You'll be able to get rewards from the Gold Coast Bazaar which includes many old cosmetics.

Tamriel Tomes will replace Daily/Weekly Endeavors and you aren't limited to doing them all in one day.

They're referring to Tamriel Tomes as a Battlepass System, but it honestly sounds like a new version of the Daily and Weekly Endeavors. Apparently you are able to reroll things that you don't want to do. You'll be able to earn 8000 Seals of Endeavor and 6 Crates.

Season Zero includes a PvP Progression System and Overland Difficulty. It also includes Tamriel Tomes and the Gold Coast Bazaar that will allow you to earn stuff.

Season One includes a new Trial and Naval Battles!

Season Two includes a Skyrim event and Solo Moon Hunter Keep & March of Sacrifices.

Update 49 will release on ALL PLATFORMS on the same day - March 9th. (Simultaneous release is required for crossplay.)

They don't want to be beholden to an 18 month roadmap that they can't change.
