Dislikes? Work telling me to go to Miami...
The CIA, DHS, NSA are basically all under his purview in the executive, so like Republicans during Biden, he is "act first, have congress and his branch protect him from the consequences". Only way i can think of to truly stop this is seperate the commander in chief role from the president

It technically doesn't, it needs to be announced what the action is in like 30 days and comgress can say no, but in this case, a decapitation strike on another country? This is some next level WTF. Besides, as an American, he has tight (but loosening) control over 2 of 3 branches and the military

One thing people are forgetting is that the current government isn't run from Washington, but Florida. Palm Beach county to be exact. The policy decisions he made on Venezuela was HEAVILY influenced by having a Floridian like Marco Rubio run international policy.

Also... THEY CAN REACH 350KW?!?! You must have a performance model, my car's linited to like 225-250
January 1, 2026 at 7:11 AM
Yeah, it does that for my car too, but you eill know how much battery by putting in a nearby coordinate. The car will tell you how much under zero you will arrive at, even if it's 50 feet away, so then you know how much into the buffer it is
January 1, 2026 at 7:10 AM
Welcome to the club!!! At least on mine, the buffer is 6kWh according to scan my tesla, and the lowest i have gone before my nerves kicking in was -6% battery before the car put up real warnings and i was limited to 60kw output.

Oof, it sucks because a friend of mine just asked for mine, but i use it so i checked for LCD and it was gone... Dude ended up settling with an Aya neo instead
December 21, 2025 at 12:09 AM
Oh, and as for the trip? Yeah... 5 days, 26 hours both ways of driving from Florida to Texas and back, so i didnt het to see as much as you might expect. (Oh, without sleeping excluding charging breaks) Mostly seeing stuff on the way.
December 19, 2025 at 2:25 AM
Okay, im sorry, in what world does Texas, Louisiana, and Florida beat UK, France, Germany and Switzerland? Haha, though im surprised it didnt register them... Now that you mention it, it didnt get my charges on the atlantic side of Florida... Weird
December 19, 2025 at 2:13 AM
Well at least you get a choice of the SU7 in a couple years, the car sounds like a proper enthusiast upgrade to the S Tesla doesn't want to build imo. Also just comparing your profile to mine, ive driven further but something tells me you've seen more haha

The Florida govt in Tallahassee is doing everything it can to centralize power. Literally anything you do that is not in line with the state govt, they pass a law banning it and will literally steal funds away.

Sarasota County (south of Tampa, north of Venice and Fort Myers) has been facing a measles outbreak for a few months because nobody wants to take them... 😑
December 13, 2025 at 5:04 AM
Sorry to pop your bubble, but that was likely a rain fluke, maybe from glare and dust in just the right way, that caused that. It happens
December 7, 2025 at 4:34 AM
If this logic is true, then i see no reason why we can't have the AI learn to mimic the driver by changing its weights in a way that more closely matches the actions the driver takes
December 5, 2025 at 5:39 AM
Not... Necessarily, because the limits of what the AI can do would be the entire curve, and the limits of the AI would follow that. For level 3 autonomy, i don't think we need the top of the logarithmic curve. Maybe level 5 for sure
November 26, 2025 at 1:25 PM
... Does that mean they're going to fix the curvature assist errors and the sharp braking when a vehicle is 30+ feet away crossing the road? Or any other issues with basic autopilot?
November 25, 2025 at 2:07 PM
Actually yes, there is one in redwood California. I keep track of Florida (especially the southern half) and here is also planning for a 500kW station in Tallahassee FL. Otherwise it's all 250kW (cybertruck 325kW doesn't count imo)
November 25, 2025 at 4:42 AM
Thing is, there is actually a precedent for the last one with HW2.5 cars being upgraded for free to HW3 if they bought, so i think that last one is actually legitimate.
November 23, 2025 at 6:37 AM
If this is supposedly the last piece, then we should need no more pieces right? So im expecting level 3 autojomy authorized
November 23, 2025 at 6:35 AM
Yup, superchargers which were once $0.35-$0.45/kwh 8am-9:59pm, $0.20/kwh 10pm-7:59am... Now it's ($0.31)/kwh low, havent seen high yet. Wish they made all the chargers with stationary pricing like this...
November 18, 2025 at 6:27 AM
It's nag free after all
November 15, 2025 at 4:59 AM
Yeah, but instead they nickel and dime you with a million recommendations everywhere and honestly it gets tiring (just drove a MYP for a week, was so glad to have my old MS back)
November 15, 2025 at 4:59 AM
My question: is this coming to legacy s/x? I don't it, but i would love to have abrp built into my ui
November 15, 2025 at 4:57 AM
I think it's more of a staged, long term decoupling, plus Trump is a big baby, so until he's gone (or SCOTUS here actually follows the Constitution) it makes sense to agree in some spots, decouple in others as the new path is setup, to not rock the boat pointlessly.
