That's probably also the reason for the charge, they must have gotten real bitter when he deleted the contents right in front of their noses

And the shielding needed... Processors going to space are not the normal kind due to the radiation

Does your speakers have a digital input? If so, consider the Waxwing phono preamp, it's an amazing tool

It's blatantly obvious that these datacentres will never be built

It will cost ya... But it's a boat load of fun. I did the same, except I skipped the streaming step, but getting into vinyl has really rekindled my love for music, and I play them almost every day

Spill the beans 😃

This should be promoted more, I use the same solution and pit works on android and edge too

Nice!.. I am trying to guess what linear tracker that is without luck so far

Looks like the value of workers able to do basic scripting is gonna go up... CEO: "wow, our internal tool made by who? Is faster than ChatGPT? But does it have AI in it? Oh, it says AI in the title... Wow"... All feels a bit like reinvention of the wheel

I was betting for a long time that this was where Trump would end up, just selling the weapons to Europe. Seemed like the obvious way out for him.

I am now wondering how often we humans have named cutesy, but absolutely deadly animals, names that sound slightly appetizing
July 14, 2025 at 2:21 PM
I agree. But more to the current events, postponing a couple of mass bombing attacks against civilians, or give Trump a few more promises like not hitting Kyiv might arguably have been enough in the current situation to keep the detente with Trump. That's the miscalculation that is pointed out

Bad intelligence has to be part of it, but this is more him totally misjudging Trump on an area where he is supposed to know Trump can easily be manipulated, flatter and gestures Trump can show as victories for the home front. He is in much more direct contact with Trump, less need for intelligence

It honestly also looks a bit like it's too personal for Putin now, it's an obvious mistake when you look at it. He could have gained so much by very few concessions that could easily be reversed, and he appeared blind to the opportunity.

Can also recommend Art Blakey and the Jazz messengers, aka Moanin, fantastic stuff

Was one of the first vinyls I bought as well after getting into vinyl here a year ago, it's insanely good. Vinyls totally rekindled my love for music

That's really cool!

They believe it possesses intelligence exactly because it's output sounds so convincing. it's output sounds like human speach, and with authority.
June 21, 2025 at 2:53 PM
An LLM is actually a perfect propaganda machine, it's real power is not the veracity of its output, but the convincing way it presents it. The training data is still the costly time consuming point I would argue, consensus on what it should spit out, and internal integrity of the data presented
June 21, 2025 at 10:39 AM
Also, even if it just works halfway, the target audience really wants it to work, they want it to spit out exactly what they want to hear. It's a self reinforcing mechanism, and those politicians and journalists are undoubtedly going to regurgitate at least some of the propaganda

I was actually about to ask last time if you were lookin at possible caps replacement, are you doing some measurements on the boards? Did you find some leaky ones?
