Never in my life has someone grabbed my sleeve and yanked me backward as a means of talking to me. You can like Rachel and think Ava was too harsh after the fact while still acknowledging it was rude by Rachel. All 3 can be true. If Keanu grabbed Rachel’s sleeve and pulled her…? Yikes

I mean grabbing anybody by the arm and pulling them backward is rude behavior, but Ava does seem like she might have some sensory issues. It was a bad move
