The 🔥 at the oil terminal in Feodosia, Crimea, seems to be burning out of control. Crimea.Realities (RFE/RL) reports that people are evacuating the city because the air quality is so bad. Tourists have fled.

A fire at the Feodosia oil depot is growing, and the

Honestly, I can’t tell for sure, but I’m inclined to say no. In IT, definitely not. In the military, there definitely is. It really depends on the sector. And most sectors are sucking wind right now.

The VEB Institute published its estimate of the growth/decline in goods and services in Russia for September.

Consumption growth continues to decline in nominal terms (orange) and is edging negative growth in real terms (black).

All categories expect catering/food services saw declines.

I’m hearing some reports that some logistics companies are refusing to ship goods from Moscow to the regions (in this case, Krasnodar) because of a lack of diesel of fuel. ⛽️

I have a feeling more and more of these reports will pop up in the coming weeks and months.
