The Russians have struck Ukraine’s energy sector 256 times since the start of the heating season.

Since the beginning of October 2025, occupiers have deliberately attacked 11 hydroelectric power plants and 45 of the largest thermal power and combined plants.

Ukraine’s SES has set up 45 Invincibility Points in Kyiv, providing residents with safe places to warm up, drink hot tea, and recharge mobile devices as power and heating disruptions continue.

As a result of Russian shelling in the Kharkiv Oblast, four people were killed and ten were injured.
