It would seem he used Judicial Notice erroneously? His experience of a supposed homogeneous group of cyclists cannot be applied to the acts of the party in this case?

Would the judge lump all motor car drivers’ behaviour together as one homogeneous cohort - representing only a biased & derogatory view of their competence?

As a driver you are one of the most dangerous road users and it is important to be aware of the responsibility you have for the safety of all road users including the most vulnerable - pedestrians. Take this responsibility seriously and drive safely at all times. @garda.ie
