Thanks a lot, Leonardo (I really like your essay in Menon & Yazdani, btw). The book's construction is admittedly a bit unorthodox but it kind of works.

I've been insisting on this for over a decade, against the dismissals of "capitalism" as a "loaded and disturbingly sloppy" category of intellectual history.
