I enjoyed my basement room as a teen a lot. I also rented a basement room in someone's home years later while finishing getting my college degree.

I gave Nigel a better pair of shorts than the ugly brown ones. These shouldn't get bleeped and look nicer.

While at it gave Fen some proper camp attire from the new pack.

Thanks ;) I tried to make it somewhat believable. They have the geothermal lot trait so I added that generator looking device. Dirk is a space smuggler out of Batuu so I figure they brought back some advanced tech. Plus the usual clutter.

Growing up I had a basement room like Ghost.

PS - Fen literally (as in he really does) use that kids slide more than the kids do. I see him on it all the time.

It's Fen, so of course there is a rocket ship in the back yard and other odd stuff ... but it fits the SIMS.

There is a spare bedroom for Ber and Shawn who visit A LOT. Cena and Luna have bunk beds. Basement is for storage, hot water, geothermal generator and water pump, and Ghost's "vampire" den.

@samdelancy.bsky.social This is Fen's home in Oasis. Figured I would take some shots since you asked about the sand. It was a vanilla lot I just built upon. #Sims4

I actually love the vanilla design of the home (inside and out) and wanted to use it. The roof was also great for solar.

He's so dense lol. Physically and sometimes mentally 😁 He's like this ultra-solid giant musclebound werewolf guy who is very tall and broad. He can be an immovable object when he gets stubborn.

Thanks! Ah no they all live in Oasis at one of the vanilla homes (although I did extensive internal remodeling, added a large basement with a room for Ghost plus usual basement stuff, added clutter, and stuff outside).

Anyhow they have a sandy back yard area for sun, picnics, boxing, yoga, etc. :)

Yea me too. Very large number - but makes sense considering the freedom the game allows.
