Um es vorweg zu nehmen: Auf die Bür-ger werden ein paar Härten zukom-men. Um unseren Wohlstand zu si-chern, planen wir, die Bundesregie-rung, auch die Aktivierung bisher un-tätiger Bevölkerungsgruppen - Rent-ner, Kleinkinder und Haustiere etwa, um nur ein paar Beispiele zu nennen. Der entscheidende Schritt aber wird die Re-Integration von Verstorbenen in den Arbeitsmarkt sein. Tot zu sein, ist nämlich noch lange kein Grund, faul auf dem Friedhof zu liegen und vor sich hin zu gammeln. Wer körperlich noch halbwegs intakt ist, kann problemlos ein paar Stunden in der Fabrik, im Straßenbau oder in der Gastronomie arbeiten. Selbst Skelette finden noch Anstellungen in der Forschung und in Geisterbahnen. In einigen Ministerien arbeiten schon jetzt Hirntote.
