TACO has showed the world that he backs down at every opportunity. He set these tariffs, expecting the world would cower & for the most part we didn't. Some countries, like mine Canada, are fair & just want to get along but other countries, like China, see his screwups as weakness & take advantage.

What's more it doesn't define 'serious' side effects... so yeah, I might get a headache that's really bad...or feel sick for a day. Without qualification, I might see that as being 'serious'.

Perhaps "life threatening" side effects might be a better term or give a few examples.

The countries pay 0 towards their educations at Harvard because they left their country for education, this means the STUDENT is paying the ENTIRE COST themselves, which actually helps both Harvard &the USA as it bolsters money in post secondary education. He doesn't understand how the world works.

While both Trump's alma maters, Fordham & Wharton, are both respectable schools, they pale compared to Harvard & he knows it.

So his reaction? Try to bring Harvard down so he can claim to have a better education and be smarter. He could never get into Harvard, so he attacks it instead.

Most likely a parachute term due to us watching US television and seeing their 'prom' constantly highlighted.

Previous to about 20 or so years ago, we had a Graduation Formal, it was a much smaller, less expensive affair than a US Prom.

Psst, Canada doesn't have Promenades (Proms), we have Formals.

Proms have a misogynistic origin, as they were often used to introduce young women to older men for marriage. They transferred to US High Schools as you were expected to marry your HS sweetheart.

Canada never used Prom until recently.
