The US doesn't have armed forces in every Nato country. But the ones in Germany are probably sufficient to reach the rest of Europe.

What I really don't get is that your president is calling the Americans the stupidest people in the world. Everybody is smarter hence taking advantage of the US. Even the penguins are smarter.
