today in public transit probs: the bus driver was 5 minutes away from the station but pulled over bc he had to use the bathroom... those 5 minutes he spent in the bathroom caused me to miss the train i was planning on taking and the next one is in 15 minutes 😀

tote bag full of groceries broke while i was rushing to catch the bus, missed the bus but was able to get on the train back to another bus. some guy sits in my usual seat (yes not a big deal but the bus is damn near empty & he's literally takin up space by not sitting next to the guy he came with 🙄)

nothing worse than being on hold and the music keeps stopping every 30 seconds to let you know that there's still no one to take the call like just keep the music playing until someone is available!!
