- still the same shade of greys. you are forcing your help onto someone who cannot be fixed.
granted this isn't always the case with everyone calling the cops on someone who is actively going to kill themselves, there's always a different context. i'm talking about a very specific one, however.

calling authoraties to stop them because /you/ don't want them to die IS selfish. you are projecting your insecurities of losing someone who does not want to be fixed into subtle emotional manipulation to keep them alive because you want to be the good person and /make/ them see the value that is -

some people find life stressful to be in, especially in this current situation with the whole world. the whole year this has been, the whole new generation. we are cooked, we are not free, and some people are allowed to kill theirselves if it's their given choice.
