Something I think is dumb in Magic is Sable, Ferret and Weasel are all seperate types with only one card with the type each. Like I know scientifically they are different creatures, but Rootwater Aligator and Grayscale Gharial are seperate types of Crocodillians and both have the Crocodile type.
