Otomes may not be the best genre for ya then as they are dating sims 😅 Idk many routes in an otome that are friendship only. Only one that comes to mind is Jaehee in Mystic Messenger. It’s more implied at the end. Maybe give that a peek? Still has a girl as mc tho.

Some people have been able to modify mc enough to have more masculine traits. But yeah unfortunately outside of that game itself is still gonna refer as girl.
