Dr. Myoung Sook Han’s pancreatic research reveals JNK (c-Jun N-terminal kinase) is vital for beta-cell survival and division. Modulating this stress-response pathway could lead to new treatments to regenerate insulin-producing cells in type 1 & type 2 diabetes. 🔬💡
