I guess all of this is to say that it’s ok not to have the latest hot pattern on your needles or to still be working on that crochet blanket you started during the Pandemic.

I love many of the garments and items I have already made, and they don’t all get the time in the spotlight they deserve as it is.

And yet I felt the pressure to have something shiny, new and freshly blocked to show off!

I started sewing to step away from fast fashion.
I picked up knitting again to relieve stress.
And crochet? Well, by the time you can do two, you’re basically a collector…
