Well, he has certainly got his sack stuffed to the brim with goodies! If he weren't so muscular he'd have trouble dragging all that around.

It helps that his glutes are so big and round that you can see them from the front. No one, man or monster, could resist staring at that!

Luckily any pursuing ghoul will be gawking in awe at the size of that lad for long enough that he can slowly complete his escape.
