Ok, yeah I get that. I am also sick irl so I can feel some of the hate being there but also some willingness to fight it. For whatever reason being sick makes adhd symptoms so much worse.

3: it is such a shame to see the conservative platform turn to a platform of hate that does nothing but try to trigger people to keep them in a cycle of hate in order to remain relevant.

2: the anger and ability to get triggered by thugs that seem "woke" is still there but will go away with time. I need to remember that these aren't actually bad things and that I was lied too. Essentially I need to self-talk other logic rather than misplaced emotion.

Here's some background perspective on how the far right ropes people in. They babyfeed you propaganda saying that [insert minority group here] has an agenda with some company to change or destroy what you love. And that's why they are so good at string up bullcrap hate. I luckily cut myself off.

I believe social isolation can create what I call 'false bigots" someone who's just angry and full of hate but deep down is not actually a true bigot. I guess you can call it a type of incel lol. it's just sad.

What happened is that I self-isolate,ated and got bullied at school so I was full of anger and hate that needed to go somewhere and right wing twitter made me hate the wrong people. not o mention I have severe ocd which made it worse but now im getting control and getting my old unhopeful self back
