Not sure what you mean - good that I won’t put the house back on the market or good that I’m giving a family that couldn’t qualify for a mortgage a quality family home in a good neighborhood - I’m not a hedge fund or a billion dollar investment firm.

That’s on a primary home, I bought one rental home when I was a realtor and selling it would be a big cap gains hit. I know a few folks who own 1 or two rentals that would put them on the market otherwise too.
