UNC SILS faculty Dr. Rob Capra and Dr. Jaime Arguello contributed to a new operator comment taxonomy now adopted into NSA policy through work with NC State’s Laboratory for Analytic Sciences. The framework improves how analysts document context and meaning in foreign communications. buff.ly/LtECDN7
