That could very well be. In my past experience, I get Error 17 when I refresh too many times on the same page. Either from manually refreshing to make an add to cart button appear, or from a loop of "Oops!" errors. It was all in my cart, ship/pay info was in, pressed order, then Oops! POOF! blocked.

Ugh, it really really sucks. Similar thing just happened to me. I was in line on my phone for over an hour, and failed to remember that coming home will auto connect to WiFi and reset my place in line... Currently in tears from my own stupidity, but also that things have to be this way at all.

Despite the Chloe drama and the game's legitimate flaws, I still found so much to enjoy and genuinely love it for what it is. Seeing Hannah perform as Max again was a dream come true. This really makes me sad and scared for the future of the franchise 😭💔

I would argue that there's value in maintaining a healthy level of appreciation for others. As you said, focus too outwardly, your own work suffers. But being able to to recognize when another piece of work is expertly crafted and learning from your blind spots is a valuable skill in and of itself.
