Article 2 of the constitution clearly states the rules for who can be president. We know that the Speaker of the House is 3rd in line…Musk cannot be Speaker unless a special election were to be held if something happened to Trump and Vance.

President Biden went back on his word about pardoning his son because fuck you, that’s why. He said that before he dropped out of the race. He said that that because he didn’t want the optics to be that he was abusing presidential authority. He will not be the next president so it doesn’t matter.

Mike is right, it should, instead be turned over to the justice department before he becomes AG. That way he can actually be arrested if he broke the federal laws we suspect he’s broken.
