Voting takes place in November. ICE is killing people now. Hell, Trump has repeatedly floated the ideas of banning mail-in voting, seizing voting machines, gerrymandering as many states as possible, and even outright cancelling elections. Your faith in the electoral system is misplaced.

Withholding tax dollars just isn't the solution folks try to prop it up as. It would have to happen at a state level, not on an individual level.

I appreciate this sentiment, but literally how? Every workplace I've ever been at has taken taxes out of my paycheck before I ever see it. A bunch of states have sales taxes that can't be avoided at the register. Refusing to pay taxes is a luxury only a select group has available.
