If you're ever in Asheville, hit up the Moogseum. Late in life, Bob Moog moved near Asheville and taught at UNC Asheville. There's a cute little museum with theremins and synths

Pictured here with my sort of Frankensteined Danelectro 4021 (with the weird batwing headstock). In rough shape and put together with pieces from eBay so not worth really anything but to me. Did put a '59 lipstick pickup in the neck though and it might be the best sounding one I own.
