I really think that this pie would be on my list of things to make to impress hypothetical future in-laws 🥧✨

I get ~30lbs of apples from my CSA box every year so have had lots of practice; at this point it's my platonic ideal apple pie 💪 (very happy to share the recipe if anyone wants it!)

they're so tasty! you can mix them up or repeat pieces very easily! also easy for people to contribute potluck-style!
