As a senior IT professional, I'm really concerned about the progress that Manage My Health has made with their cyber breach. We're 10 days in now, and patients are still in the dark. The CEO should be fronting the media, he should have a credible communications plan. Thats his JOB.

No message from my doctors or Manage My Health on the data hack, you would really hope that they would manage such things more carefully and communicate a lot more directly.

Day two back in the office, getting motivated has been a challenge, which is probably due to a lack of real coffee as the coffee shop is closed for the next two weeks, perhaps I should have taken the next two weeks off until suitable supplies of coffee are available at work.

I'm proud of myself, I did my very first parkrun yesterday. Walked 5km in 49 minutes, not exactly setting the world aight but I still did it!
